Am I locked in?
No. All subscriptions are commitment-free. You can cancel anytime in 2 clicks from your Stripe portal, and you keep access until the end of your paid period. If you chose the yearly plan, you keep your access until the end of the year.
What happens if I unsubscribe?
Your data is not deleted. You go back to the Free plan: your cash register still works, your products and events are intact, your profile stays on the platform. The paid features (full dashboard, exports, shop) simply become unavailable — they’ll be waiting if you come back.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app works 100% offline — it’s built for open-air markets with bad network. Your sales, products and events are all saved locally. As soon as the network is back, everything syncs automatically.
What’s the difference between Free and Essential?
The Free plan gives you the cash register and the product/event sheets — you can sell and record your fairs. Essential gives you real profitability: profit per fair, comparisons, charts, expenses, accounting exports, and access to your customer base (detailed sheets, notes, export). It’s the difference between knowing how much you take in and knowing how much you actually earn.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. You can upgrade immediately (the change is active in under a minute) or downgrade at the end of your period. You can also go straight from Free to Pro without going through Essential.
How does payment work?
Payment is secured by Stripe (the same provider as Amazon, Shopify and millions of sites). Card only. You receive an invoice by email for every payment. No hidden fees.
